The OutRigger XL and OutRigger XL Plus
This nifty baseplate relocates your Pocket Wizard Transmitter and your Dedicated Speedlite to a low-profile configuration made popular by those wacky Paparazzi.
By placing your Pocket Wizard on a hotshoe located to the left side of camera and placing your flash low and forward on the right, both devices retain full functionality while eliminating potential impact damage when working in crowded conditions. The Outrigger weighs less than 5 ounces.
Fits all Canon Series One bodies and the Canon 5D, with or without Accessory Grip.
Requires a Canon Off-Camera Shoe Cord; available wherever Canon products are sold.
The “Plus” Configuration includes a 6" Paramount Hotshoe-to-PC Cord to mount your Pocket Wizard. Add our DoveTail adapter to mate with any Quick Release Arca-Swiss style tripod head.
